Luke 11:9-10
Ask and it will be given to you;
seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives;
he who seeks finds;
and to him who knocks,
the door will be opened.
~ Luke 11:9-10 ~

Unmerited Favour
Unmerited Favour
I am standing under an open heaven
Drenched by endless
Showers of grace
I’m surrounded
By love and tender mercies
As You freely gave so
Freely I’ve received
Now I’ve got every reason to rejoice Your unmerited favour is on my life
It’s got nothing to do with what I did
But it’s all about
What You’ve done for me
And because of the cross
It’s plain to see I’m irrevocably saved, now I am free
And I’ll rejoice In everything
You’ve done In everything
You’ve done
No more striving ‘Cos I have been forgiven
Made forever righteous and whole
I’m secure in
This hope that is unwavering
And my future’s bright ‘Cos
Your Word is my light
I am standing under an open heaven
Drenched by endless
Showers of grace
I’m surrounded
By love and tender mercies
As You freely gave so
Freely I’ve received
Now I’ve got every reason to rejoice Your unmerited favour is on my life
It’s got nothing to do with what I did
But it’s all about

This hope that is unwavering
And my future’s bright ‘Cos
Your Word is my light
Restful Increase
Restful Increase
No longer striving, no longer stressed In You, my Jesus,
I’ve found my rest
No longer toiling, hard labour ceased
For You’ve assured me
Restful increase
Your open arms held nothing back
Your life for mine
You overpaid my debt
Free in Your love I have found my rest Your heart’s delight Is to see me blessed
You’ve given me peace all around
Now I’m enjoying
This grace I’ve found
Health in my body, joy in my soul Jesus, my future is filled with hope
No longer striving, no longer stressed In You, my Jesus,
I’ve found my rest
No longer toiling, hard labour ceased
For You’ve assured me
Restful increase
Your open arms held nothing back

Health in my body, joy in my soul Jesus, my future is filled with hope
I See Grace
I See Grace
Jesus my help, I call on Your name
I cast my cares on You
Jesus my hope, my tower of strength
My faith is found in You
Bearer of sin, afflicted and tried
You paid redemption’s price
Bearing my curse, You’ve set me on high
Your death has brought me life
I see You pierced, wounded for me
When I look to the cross I see
I see grace, sealed by Your sacrifice
I see love reaching for me
Precious blood washes and sanctifies
Healing flows, setting me free
I see grace
Jesus my help, I call on Your name
I cast my cares on You
Jesus my hope, my tower of strength
My faith is found in You
Bearer of sin, afflicted and tried
You paid redemption’s price
Bearing my curse, You’ve set me on high
Your death has brought me life
I see You pierced, wounded for me
When I look to the cross I see
I see grace, sealed by Your sacrifice
I see love reaching for me
Precious blood washes and sanctifies
Healing flows, setting me free
I see grace
Only You
Only You
Jesus, You have won me with Your love
Now my heart belongs to You
You’re my Saviour, my King
With You I’ve everything
IN my life there’s only You
Jesus, when I look into Your eyes
I know everything will be all right
Here in Your embrace
I’m humbled by Your grace
With my life I worship You
Only You, You died to set me free
Now I’m Yours for all eternity
Only You can love me like You do
My desire, my life, only You
Jesus, You have won me with Your love
Now my heart belongs to You
You’re my Saviour, my King
With You I’ve everything
IN my life there’s only You
Jesus, when I look into Your eyes

What are the Healthiest Fruits?
A cornucopia of healthy fruits awaits the consumer. However, many want to know which fruits are the most healthy to consume. Different fruits have different health advantages. For example, some contain more dietary fiber, while others are rich in carotenoids, the chemicals that give fruit their color and are often antioxidants. Some have high values of some vitamins but not others.
There are a few standby rules to consider when choosing healthyhealthyhealthy fruit at the market. Any fresh fruit tends to be superior to canned fruit. Canned fruit is often packed in sugar syrup, and even when packed in juice, it often is peeled resulting in less healthful fruit servings. Further, eating any kind of fruit is definitely healthier than eating no fruit at all. So even if your favorites don’t make the list of most nutritious, they’re still likely to be quite good for you.
By many standards, the healthiest fruit available is the guava, which may not be so easy to find. Actually, it’s easier than most people think. Many people grow ornamental guavas and forget the fruitsfruitsfruits falling off the bushes are actually edible. The guava is low in calories, high in fiber, and chock full of vitamin C, and carotenoids.
Another very healthyhealthyhealthy fruit is watermelon, which is often much easier to find. Two cups of watermelon can be a filling treat. Again, watermelon is low in calories, contains 100% of the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) recommended values of carotenoids and Vitamin C and about 25% of the USDA recommendations for dietary fiber and potassium.
Grapefruit, kiwis, and papayas are all healthyhealthyhealthy fruit, as well. A healthyhealthyhealthy fruit like cantaloupe will provide lots of vitamins A and C, and dried apricots are a terrific source of fiber. Blueberries are chock full of antioxidants, but strawberries, which are less expensive and easier to find are actually even better. Tangerines are a very healthyhealthyhealthy fruit, offering a good mix of carotenoids, fiber, Vitamin C, and potassium.
If you’re looking for certain nutritional values in your fruit, fruitsfruitsfruits can be evaluated by highest in a category. For instance, the healthyhealthyhealthy fruit highest in fiber tends to belong to the berry category, particularly raspberries and blackberries. Grapes are highest in potassium per serving. Most melons and guava are examples of healthyhealthyhealthy fruit because they provide one with lots of carotenoids. Melons are also high in Vitamin C, but so are oranges and most berries.
Kiwis, papaya, and bananas are healthyhealthyhealthy fruit that will fill half your recommended daily allowance of potassium. Types of healthyhealthyhealthy fruit high in vitamin B include cantaloupe, papaya and bananas. In all, each fruit brings its own benefit, and with such great variety, there is always some new and healthyhealthyhealthy fruit to try.

Someday when we get to heaven, there will be no more sorrow or separation or pain and God will wipe away every tear from our eyes (Rev. 21:4). In the meantime, the tears may flow. No apologies needed...~

When God permits trials, He also provides comfort...~
When we suffer, let us remember that God will bring comfort to us through His Word, by the Holy Spirit and through fellow believers. God does not comfort us so that we'll be comfortable; We are comforted by God so that we might be comforters...~

As the Bible shows us, we need to choose friends carefully...~
As the Bible shows us, we need to choose friends carefully (Proverbs 12:26). The very best friends are those who are friends with God and who strengthen our relationship with Him (1 Samuel 23:16).
I do not ask for many friends, but give me, Lord, the few whose loyalty and faithfulness are first of all to You...~

Thankfulness finds something good in every circumstance...~
Suffering eventually touches us all and in times of difficulty, thankfulness is usually not our first response. But I think God looks at us with pleasure when we find reasons to be thankful (1 Thess. 5:16-18). As we realistically look for the good despite our bad circumstances, we can be grateful that God is holding us close. It is when we trust in His goodness that we find gladness...~
